Brian Smith is the Senior VP of Strategic Marketing at Enclarity, Inc., a technology company that significantly improves the integrity and reliability of healthcare data. Prior to Enclarity, Brian was the VP of Strategic Accounts at Ingenix, Inc. There, he was in charge of the total Ingenix business relationship with many of the largest national health plans and payers in the United States, including the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, WellPoint, Pacificare Health Systems, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, Health Care Service Corporation and Concentra. Brian's 25 years of healthcare experience includes service as the co-founder of Qmedtrix Systems, a privately held Portland-based specialty software company focused on workers' compensation physician bill review. He was a founding member of Health Net (NYSE: HNT) where he served as Vice President Network Development, Managing Director of the Health Net Venture Group and Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Prior to Health Net, he was Corporate Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Centinela Hospital in Inglewood, California where he participated in the startup and the development of a regional HMO and was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for HealthCare USA's (NYSE: HCU) General Med HMO subsidiary in Southern California. Brian has a degree in Business Administration and Public Health from U.C. Irvine and U.C.L.A., respectively. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Psychology at U.C. Riverside. Brian has been an angel VC/board member and advisor to many growth companies including Prime Wire, M2 Automotive, Experea Healthcare, Next Estate Communications, Vital Living, Concentra, and Western Clinical Research. Brian is a trustee of the Changewave Foundation, focused on improving the lives of children across the United States and is a visiting professor at the Marshall School of Business at USC where he has taught courses in venture finance.

Arthur Flew joined KARVY Global Services (KGS) as its Chief Executive Officer after a distinguished 35 year career in software development, technology consulting, business development, onshore and offshore business process outsourcing and corporate leadership spanning diverse industries. Prior to joining KGS, Arthur was a member of the founding team at MphasiS, a leading global IT services company and was the President and CEO of MsourcE, its offshore business and voice processing arm. Between 1982 and 1991 Arthur was associated with Citigroup (NYSE: C) where he held various executive level positions. Starting as a Principal Computer Scientist at Citicorp Transaction Technologies, Santa Monica, California, Arthur went on to become the CIO/COO - Global Technology, Operations and Control from 1994 – 1997. From 1997 to 1999, Arthur was the Executive Vice President / CIO of Diners Club International and led its Global Technology and Operations group.

Anita Manwani is a highly regarded industry expert with over 20 years of experience in successfully managing various aspects of software businesses and setting up offshore operations in India. Prior to founding Calibrated Business Solutions, Anita was Vice President and General Manager, Global Sourcing for Agilent Technologies, where she was responsible for global procurement and Agilent’s operations in India. Prior to Agilent Technologies, Anit held management positions for over 15 years at Hewlett Packard. She has extensive experience in M&A, integrating divisions into HP and divesting businesses from Agilent. Prior to HP Anita worked at NASA, leading the development of distributed computing systems. Anita has published and spoken at various events and panels hosted by Universities and National Associations on Offshoring and Outsourcing. Anita holds a Bachelor’s and Masters Degrees in Chemistry, History, and Marketing Management.

Peter J. Dekom is of counsel with the Weissmann Wolff Bergman Coleman Grodin & Evall LLP. He was formerly a partner in the firm of Bloom, Dekom, Hergott and Cook. Mr. Dekom's clients have included such Hollywood notables as George Lucas, Keenen Ivory Wayans, John Travolta, Ron Howard, Rob Reiner, Andy Davis, Robert Towne and Larry Gordon among many others, as well as corporate clients such as Sears, Roebuck and Co., Pacific Telesis and Japan Victor Corporation (JVC). He has been listed in Forbes among the top 100 lawyers in the United States and in Premiere as one of the 50 most powerful people in Hollywood. Mr. Dekom has been a management consultant and entrepreneur in the fields of entertainment, Internet, and tele-communications and is a consultant to the state of New Mexico, he has been instrumental in implementing legislation to encourage film and television production in that state. Mr. Dekom served on the board of directors of Imagine Films Entertainment while the company remained publicly traded and was a board member of Will Vinton Studios and Cinebase Software. He has also served as a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and Academy Foundation, Board of Directors, Co-Chairman (now Emeritus) of the American Cinematheque, and on the Advisory Board of the Shanghai International Film Festival. Author of dozens of scholarly articles, Mr. Dekom also is the co-author of the book Not on My Watch; Hollywood vs. the Future (New Millennium Publishing, 2003). Mr. Dekom graduated from Yale in 1968, and graduated first in his class in 1973 from the UCLA School of Law.
